How to Apply
Apply online through our admissions portal.
1. Apply online
Click "Apply Online" and complete the short online application form.
2. Check your email
You'll immediately receive an email with the 2027 fees, the enrolment form and the Diagnostic Test letter (check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive).
3. Send your enrolment form and documents
Complete the enrolment form and email it with the required documents to registrations@eaglesviewschool.co.za (child's full name and grade in the subject line).
4. Pay the Diagnostic Test fee and write the test
High School: Tuesday 1 December 2026; Primary School: Thursday 3 December 2026 (08:00–09:30), followed by the compulsory Parent Onboarding & Induction (10:00–11:00), where enrolment documents are signed.
5. Secure your child's space
A 2027 space is only confirmed once the Diagnostic Test is completed and both the Diagnostic Test Fee and Registration Fee are paid in full.
Required Documents
After applying online you'll receive an email with the 2027 enrolment form. Complete it and email it, with the documents below, to registrations@eaglesviewschool.co.za (put your child's full name and grade in the subject line).
Required documents: learner's birth certificate; parent/guardian ID (both parents if applicable); proof of address (not older than 3 months); latest school report card; transfer letter (if applicable); clinic card / immunisation record.

2027 Diagnostic Test & Parent Onboarding
All prospective learners must write a compulsory Diagnostic Test. Only learners who have paid the Diagnostic Test fee may write it (Grades 1–3: R300, Grades 4–7: R400, Grades 8–11: R500; not required for Grade R).
- High School – Tuesday 1 December 2026: Diagnostic Test 08:00–09:30, Parent Onboarding & Induction 10:00–11:00.
- Primary School – Thursday 3 December 2026: Diagnostic Test 08:00–09:30, Parent Onboarding & Induction 10:00–11:00.
Venue: Eagles View Christian School.
Parent Onboarding & Induction is compulsory: school policies are explained and enrolment documents are completed and signed.
A learner's 2027 space is only secured once the Diagnostic Test is completed and both the Diagnostic Test Fee and Registration Fee are paid in full.

Transport payment and enquiries
- Transport fees are paid by the 1st of each month.
- The transport providers may stop transport if payment is late.

Schedule
Learners are collected before school starts and dropped off after the school day ends.
Safety
Safety is our priority — all vehicles are roadworthy and supervised.

Bookings are subject to availability and route coverage.
